'Empowering the Parent within'

Joanna Molloy IBCLC
Lactation Consultant

Using my education and experience as a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is only part of what I can offer you.  I am also the mother of  two beautiful grown-up daughters.  I breastfed both girls but not without a few issues.  It was only when I sought guidance and solved these issues that I could really relax and enjoy the wonderful experience that breastfeeding was.  When my first daughter was born, I realised that feeding my daughter and looking after her was the most important job in the world.  Holding her little body against mine I could let go of all the advice (although well meaning) and just let my instincts take over.  I knew she was trying to show me she had instincts too.  I soon got to know her hungry cues and stopped watching the clock.  I could tell her tired cries from her “change me” cries.  I have since helped hundreds of Mothers to successfully and confidently begin their breastfeeding journey. Before your baby arrives you can join one of my prenatal workshops for information and education on what to do after your baby is born. If you already have your baby and missed out on education or you are having issues then make an appointment to see me.  I will come to your home, I can skype/facetime/call you (by appointment) or you can come to see me at "Tree of Life Nutrition". See my Services Page for details. Help is never far away.

Certified Infant Massage Instructor

A nurturing touch is a naturally rewarding way to relieve stress for you and your baby.  Research shows that infant massage provides benefits to your child by helping to relieve discomfort from gas, colic and constipation. It stimulates growth and healthy development of your baby's body, mind and spirit.

Infant Massage also improves blood circulation, aids in digestion and enhances development of the nervous system just to name a few.
